State Sen. Nancy Skinner seeks ‘transparency’ in NIL deals for college athletes

State Sen. Nancy Skinner, D-Berkeley, whose landmark legislation in 2019 paved the way for college athletes to profit from their name, image and likeness (NIL), has waded into those turbulent waters once again.
